I am thinking about getting a Spiritual Director. My learning goals this year are going to be about personal spirituality and self-care and I feel this is the direction I am being pointed in.
Anyone have any comments or suggestions? What is your experience of spiritual direction or spiritual direction? Any shared wisdom or guidance would be appreciated.

While we have yet to begin, I have a Spiritual Director this year as one of my stated Learning Goals. We are to begin meeting soon.
